and im not sure if they are 2/2/2 for just 6 and a destroyer for 8, they seem to be to good.maybe chance the destroyer to 2/3/2 then?
And about the cruiser i think at the moment its nearly useless cause destroyer or now subs are the better choice, do you intent to give him transport ability back?like in trs? then i think it would be ok at this price
2. korea has no pu value is that intended?
3. hisaichi seems too be a bit too weak or russia too strong, but im not completly sure about this yet. just in all my games russia could easy defend with just 6 inf each round in the east and push everything else vs germany. And if hisaichi focus on russia china grows or the dutch stay alive. I will test it more and make suggestions then.
4. capetown should be uk from start cause in most games axis get africa even if uk builds max units in this area. think uk should be able to hold africa if they focus on this front and weaken the others.
5. neutrals in s.America seem a bit weak. the us just need to buy some units rd 1 and can take the continet very easy so its no real choice cause it doesnt mean a weaker attack vs japan. think it should slow the us a bit down if they decide to take s.America
what about combining dutch with belgium to benelux? Give them their home territories withour being capitals?
Give them Congo (a belgian colony) and place a factory there. Maybe reduce guyana to 2 PU to compensate.
Would strengthen Africa a bit, cause in the games i've seen so far most times it is lost to italy
I think the map needs a victory city win condition so does seig, but he doesnt wanna think about it yet :). so i will try
reason for victory citys win option is mostly so that allies cant ignore 1 side of the map for example go europe 100%

I think 3 is way too much for it since there will be no fighting there in most games, 1 is nice to give axis an option the get there last vc maybe, i suggest Suriname
I think the coral harbor should be deleted, since quebek is already a big acomplishment
think it would be nice if wellington has 1 otherwise it looks good
I would delete the tunis VC and place it in morroco

after some rounds axis should have without much trouble 13, also victory shouldnt be too easy, so i think the number will be around 16-18, only time can tell what the number really is.
dono if allies should have a number since they probably never get as many as they start with.
think if axis doesnt have xx vc at round 15 allies are victoryious???

would be nice if seig made the updates to the VC's in a few weeks so its easyer to get a real number and maybe someone else has some good or bad locations for vc's
