Panzerman house rules for TWW

Panzerman house rules that don’t involve changing game completely but will involve some editing.  I give up on all my wishes.
Turn defending subs into trannies when destroyers, subs and planes are attacking but if there are any defending capital ships in the mix except trannies you can’t do this.  This helps with the ridiculous sub defensive first strike. They are considered escaped after 2 rounds except and can stay same sea zone.  If it is just an attacking sub then the escape is possible after one round.  Also advanced destroyers cannot bring in capital ship against defending subs except of course subs and planes but again can’t be a mixed sea battle.  Trannies by themselves are considered sunk but get their one defense if coupled with any other ship.
Subs get special wolf pack or single sub one round attack must turn capital ships to trannies so load up on destroyers and planes this cannot be done if attacker bringing in anything other than subs.
With advanced destroyer tech you also get aerial depth charges so only then can u use planes to sink subs but without destroyer help which is another reason it’s good to turn them into trannies since they will get a one counter at the planes like they should.
Strategic raids for ground units.  Bombers should get a one round only strife against ground units and no counter unless any AA units present or defending planes.  Since there is no mobile AA edit move it if no trucks around.
1 infantry can board cruisers, carriers, and battleships but only for noncombat unloading and there cannot have been a sea battle that round.
Overrun air fields and If the battle gets down to just defending planes against incoming ground units that do not contain any attacking air planes, the planes must retreat to nearest territory.
All nations start with improved destroyer and special plus take out all the advanced units. Germany should get improved anti-tank, improved artillery and improved AA due to the 88.  Russia gets improved tank and logistics.  Japan and Italy start with nothing.  Brittan improved planes and USA just production.  So do not start with bonus tech just edit it in the techs. No improved sub or advanced subs allowed to due to ridiculous sub defensive capability.  No improved specials allowed also but you can amphibious assault with tank and artillery from the get go but will have to edit.
Sea blocks cannot block amphibious assaults but the block must be removed or you must treat landing as if it did not happen.
Strategic raid on airfields and planes means defender has to scramble all planes and attacker can bring strat. Bombers just add truck or material.
Rockets could not be pin pointed to just hit factories etc. so they should only cause PU damage. There is no defense against V-2 so no scramble but you can for the V-1.
Air trannies can move 1 non paratroop guy as long as land at airport.
